Job summary

Big White Ski Resort in Kelowna, BC is seeking a Winter Lift Operator for the winter season. The role reports to the Lift Manager/Supervisor and is a seasonal full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities include safe and efficient operation of resort lifts, maintaining logs and incident reports, and assisting the drive operator with drive and return terminals. A strong focus on customer service and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service and/or laboring.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

• Keeping lift buildings neat and organized.
• Assisting with corrective or preventative maintenance.
• Operation lift related equipment as per company policy.
• Being familiar with the employee and lift manuals.
• Performing any other duties as required.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
