A leading mountain resort is seeking Lift Operations Lead Hands for the upcoming winter season. Successful candidates will support daily lift operations, ensuring safety and providing excellent guest service. This role includes perks like lift passes and discounts, and requires at least one season's experience.

Do you enjoy working outside and speaking with guests from all over the world? We are looking to recruit Lift Operations Lead Hands for the upcoming winter season. Do you have at least one year of experience running chair lifts? You will support the Lift Operations Supervisors in daily operations and be stationed on one of our three lift-accessed mountains providing guests access to our world-renowned snow! Compensation Information: $22.10 per hour
Physical Requirement: Heavy; work activities involve handling loads up to 20 kg; predominantly in an outdoor setting (possible extreme cold).
This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

This role is eligible for an incentive for successful applicants to receive $1 per hour worked based on completion of a full winter season contract. Conditions apply to this incentive and will be shared during the interview and onboarding.
