Job description

As a result of our continued growth, Skyline is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person to enhance the quality of our organization! We are looking for a motivated and customer service-focused candidate to join our leasing team for the Part-Time, 6-month contract position of Lifestyle Rental Assistant located in Collingwood, Ontario.

Duties include:

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming leasing phone calls and emails.
  • Assist with showing units to prospective tenants.
  • Assist with checking credit references and other application processing.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction, conduct customer service calls following tenant move-ins.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy.
  • Multi-task, organize workflow, and remain detail-oriented.
  • Work independently as well as with a team.
  • Knowledge of the Landlord Tenant Act, Human Rights Code, and other applicable legislation would be an asset.
  • Weekend & evening availability required.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or 2 years of work-related experience.
  • Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants would be an asset.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or related field would be an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance.
