Job summary

LK Apartments seeks a Lifestyle Rental Consultant to convert leads into residents across multiple properties in Waterloo. You will manage the leasing journey from inquiry to lease execution, applying a strong sales mindset, exceptional communication, and disciplined follow-up to build relationships and close opportunities.

The role requires energetic, organized, and customer-focused professionals who can balance tours, applications, and lease approvals while delivering an outstanding rental

Qualifications

• Proven ability to convert leads into leases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM and property management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads via phone, email, text, and in-person inquiries.
• Conduct in-person and virtual property tours.
• Present features, pricing, and promotions to prospects.
• Guide prospects through the rental application and lease process.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and follow-ups.
• Meet targets for tours, applications, conversions, and leases.
