Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• 2 years of experience as a nurse is an asset, certification in First Aid and CPR preferred.
• Strong communication skills to ensure an excellent donor experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection of blood products while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct registration and confidential screening of donors.
• Provide coaching to donor centre staff and lead collection events.

Strong communication and client service skills

Ability to communicate in more than one language

Phlebotomy experience

Education

Completion of accredited nursing program

Current licensed Registered Nurse in good standing
