Job summary

The position offers seasonal or part-time work with potential progression to full-time and flexible hours to fit busy schedules. Candidates should be able to work calmly under pressure, possess CPR knowledge, and maintain high safety and customer service standards in a fast-paced aquatic environment.

Qualifications

• There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• Previous experience is not mandatory.
• Must be familiar with CPR and emergency medical procedures.
• Ability to react calmly in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and supervise activities at an aquatic facility.
• Ensure patron safety and enforce rules and policies.
• Prepare reports and lead or instruct others as required.
• Maintain life-saving equipment and maintain a clean, orderly site.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and assist or lift people in distress when needed.
