The Role

Evident is building intelligent automation for dental labs — from Rx intake to fabrication.

We move fast, build smart, and expect our marketing stack to do the same.

This role goes far beyond email. You’ll architect and execute lifecycle campaigns, ensure CRM data integrity, support broader digital marketing efforts, and help amplify Evident’s brand presence across channels. From press releases to trade shows, you’ll be a key part of how we communicate and convert.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Develop and manage full-funnel email campaigns : onboarding, nurture, reactivation, retention, and upsell.
  • Build and optimize workflows, smart lists, lead scoring, and lifecycle tracking in HubSpot .
  • Own segmentation strategy, list hygiene, and bounce rate control to ensure CRM and deliverability health.
  • Design and execute A / B tests to optimize subject lines, copy, CTAs, and timing.
  • Analyze performance and tie results directly to pipeline and revenue metrics.

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Launch and manage digital marketing initiatives across HubSpot and Meta Business Suite.
  • Set up automated SMS campaigns and manage user property configurations for personalization.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and make data-informed recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Public Relations & Content Marketing

  • Draft and distribute press releases aligned with Evident’s brand positioning and product launches.
  • Maintain media relationships and monitor PR coverage and brand sentiment.
  • Support internal brainstorming sessions and help manage newsletter planning and scheduling.
  • Social Media Management

  • Manage content and engagement on Evident’s LinkedIn page.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand voice and cross-channel messaging.
  • What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital lifecycle campaigns, ideally in B2B SaaS .
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub , including automations, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Deep understanding of CRM structure, data hygiene, and deliverability best practices.
  • Sharp writing skills with a knack for concise, action-oriented messaging .
  • Data-driven mindset — you optimize based on real performance, not guesses.
  • Bonus : Experience with tools like Zapier , Make , n8n , or in areas like PR, content, or event marketing.
