What is the opportunity?

RBCx is building a centralized Lifecycle Marketing function to drive engagement, retention, and growth across a portfolio of high-impact ventures. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll play a role in designing and executing automated marketing journeys that convert leads, deepen customer relationships, and deliver measurable business impact.

In this role, you will own the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns for our ventures, working closely with cross-functional partners in analytics, product, content, and engineering.

What will you do ?

  • Supporting cross-functional lifecycle initiatives across RBCx ventures, aligning marketing efforts with broader product and business goals and ensuring cohesive customer engagement across all RBC-backed products.

  • Designing, building, and optimizing multi-channel marketing journeys (email, in-app, browser, SMS, etc.).

  • Supporting the development of lead scoring models and segmentation strategies to prioritize high-intent users.

  • Implementing onboarding, re-engagement, cross-sell/up-sell marketing campaigns.

  • Running A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance.

  • Collaborating with design and dev teams on marketing assets, email templates, and landing pages.

  • Tracking performance, surfacing insights, and recommending areas for optimization.

  • Supporting cross-product initiatives to increase user progression across the broader portfolio.

  • Documenting lifecycle SOPs and standardizing best practices.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • At least 5 – 7+ years of experience in CRM, email, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot’s marketing automation platform.

  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and funnel conversion tactics.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and optimize performance.

  • Experience with campaign QA and detail-oriented execution.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, design, and engineering teams.

  • Organized with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with in-app or browser push tools (OneSignal, Intercom.)

  • Experience working in high-growth or multi-product environments.

  • Knowledge of lead scoring frameworks, nurture strategies, and retention marketing.

  • Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to tailor messaging across diverse audiences.
