Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Location: Candidate must be located in Canada, preferably GTA region. Our office is located in Toronto, ON, Canada, but the role is remote/hybrid/flexible.

Reports to: Director of Lifecycle Marketing

About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape how Practice Better engages and supports customers throughout their entire journey with our platform.

As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel customer experiences that drive Product-Led Growth. Your focus will be on optimizing every touchpoint from initial signup through long-term retention, ensuring customers quickly realize value and achieve ongoing success with Practice Better.

Your Impact

This is an exciting opportunity to be a customer advocate while directly influencing Practice Better's growth trajectory. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer experience, creating lasting value for health and wellness practitioners while driving measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding, activation, and retention strategies that accelerate conversion and product adoption
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey to reduce time-to-value and increase engagement
  • Craft data-driven, personalized experiences tailored to customers' unique needs at every stage of their lifecycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure an integrated growth approach
  • Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle metrics to continuously improve program performance
  • Champion customer experience initiatives that drive both customer advocacy and business growth
What You’ll Bring
  • 3-5 years of hands-on lifecycle, retention, or email marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that demonstrably improved activation, retention, or revenue metrics
  • Experience managing modern marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pendo or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Amplitude, Looker or Google Analytics; ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, and derive actionable insights
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills for customer segmentation and campaign analysis
  • Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to optimize campaigns
  • Basic knowledge for email template customization and troubleshooting
Who you are
  • A Collaborative Bridge-Builder: You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, naturally building bridges across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams. You earn influence through expertise and relationship-building.
  • A Master Orchestrator: You're energized by juggling multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, keeping projects moving forward despite competing priorities and stakeholder needs. Organization isn't just a skill for you, it's how you create calm from chaos.
  • A Customer Champion: You're deeply curious about customer behavior and psychology. You instinctively see beyond features to understand the real value customers seek, and you use these insights to craft experiences that resonate. Your empathy for the practitioner's journey, from their first login to becoming a power user, guides every campaign you design.
  • A Data Storyteller: You're a translator who turns spreadsheets into stories. You don't just analyze data; you transform metrics into compelling narratives that get stakeholders excited about lifecycle initiatives. Your presentations inspire action because you connect the dots between numbers and real business impact.
  • A Strategic Executor: You're equally comfortable in the weeds and at 30,000 feet. Whether you're debugging an email workflow or presenting quarterly strategy to leadership, you seamlessly shift between tactical execution and strategic thinking. You see how today's campaign test connects to tomorrow's growth targets.
Our Perks and Benefits:
  • Unlimited Vacation: We believe you can be highly productive and still have plenty of time for life outside of work.
  • Generous health benefits plan: Coverage starts from Day 1 and includes vision & dental.
  • RRSP / 401K matching program for retirement savings.
  • Sprout Family: Receive personalized support for the family-building process, accessing top-quality care.
  • Inkblot: Access to one of Canada's leading digital mental health companies, focusing on offering secure online video counseling through our corporate mental health programs and individual counseling services.
  • Choose your device: Are you Team Windows or Apple? You shouldn’t have to compromise, especially if you work more efficiently on a specific operating system. When you join us, you get to pick!
  • Home Office Allowance: $500/year to ensure your home office is set up for optimal comfort and productivity.
  • Health & Wellness Allowance: $750/year to support your health & wellness-related goals and hobbies.
  • Learning & Development Allowance: $1000/year to explore a new skill, attend a conference, read some new books, etc.
  • Fully Remote: Work from the comfort of your own home with the choice to access our downtown Toronto office for a change of scenery.
  • Events & Free Lunches: We prioritize weekly team bonding and monthly company-wide social events with a lunch stipend.
