Role Overview

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing & Events Manager to own and optimize the customer journey across all lifecycle stages while managing key industry events and tradeshows. This role involves developing and executing targeted campaigns to nurture leads, increase engagement, and drive conversions through email marketing, marketing automation, and event activations. The ideal candidate has expertise in email marketing, campaign execution, event management, and customer segmentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Journey & Lifecycle Strategy: Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads and increase customer retention. Map out customer journeys and create tailored engagement programs for different lifecycle stages. Define and optimize lead nurture programs to increase conversion rates from MQL to SQL.
  • Email & Marketing Automation: Design and execute personalized, multi-touch email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot. Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, upselling, and re-engagement. A/B test subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to optimize performance. Maintain email deliverability best practices, ensuring high inbox placement rates.
  • Event & Tradeshow Marketing: Plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to support demand generation goals. Manage event logistics, including booth design, lead capture strategies, and sponsorship activations. Develop and execute pre-event, onsite, and post-event email marketing campaigns to maximize engagement. Partner with sales and demand generation teams to ensure seamless follow-up with event-generated leads. Track and report on event ROI, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
  • Analytics & Performance Optimization: Track and analyze email performance, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and churn indicators. Optimize segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement levels. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improving lifecycle performance.
What You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI, or ecommerce technology.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, lead nurturing, and engagement best practices.
  • Experience in event marketing and logistics for tradeshows and industry conferences.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Hubspot analytics & Reporting or similar reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce for lead and customer tracking.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for AI, ecommerce, and customer experience.
