About Fittes

At Fittes, we’re on a mission to make the mundane exciting. We elevate unloved products with fresh design, bringing a new-school approach to an old-school industry. We’re a dynamic, female-owned-and-led product design company in Toronto experiencing exciting growth. We’re a team of disruptors driven by ambition, creativity, and accountability.

Collaboration, humility, and intentionality define our work environment, and our team’s results speak for themselves.

Curious about our work? We started with the first modular air register designed to customize to any surface, and have since expanded into multiple product categories. We’re a team focused on building something extraordinary and long-lasting, for both our customers and our people. See more on our Instagram, Glassdoor and website!

The Opportunity

You’ll own the customer's inbox and their phone, every email, every SMS, every automated flow that connects a Fittes customer to what happens next. You're the reason someone opens a message instead of deleting it, and the reason they come back a second time.

This is an execution-heavy role with real analytical range. You'll run campaigns from brief to send, read the data honestly when a flow underperforms, and fix it without waiting to be told.

You’ll partner closely with and report to the E-Commerce Manager on retention strategy and contribute segmentation, testing, and reporting. Your job is to make the consumer lifecycle program sharp, tested, and measurably better each quarter.

What you’ll be doing:

Retention Execution (45%)

  • You drive email and SMS campaigns and automation flows end-to-end, and you're accountable for what they produce, i.e. open rate, click rate, order placement, and retention.

  • You build and refine segmentation strategy for the consumer program, and you keep CRM lists and contact data clean and current.

  • You write campaign briefs that get sales, creative, and marketing aligned before a campaign launches.

  • You support Loyalty & Rewards campaign execution and B2B/Trades retention touches, working in partnership with the E-Commerce Manager, who owns program strategy for those segments.

Testing and Optimization (30%)

  • You plan and run A/B tests on messaging, creative, and send strategy. You act on what they tell you, even when the result isn't what you expected.

  • You turn campaign data into specific, actionable recommendations and bring them to internal stakeholders yourself.

  • You keep an eye on new tools and features in the automation and CRM space and bring forward the ones worth testing.

Reporting and Operations (25%)

  • You maintain and contribute to dashboard reporting that tracks campaign and program effectiveness. You don't need to build the infrastructure from scratch, but you own keeping it accurate.

  • You maintain the marketing calendar and report on progress against it.

  • You contribute input into quarterly marketing plans; the ECommerce Manager owns the plan itself.

  • You keep messaging on-brand across every channel you touch.

You’re a good fit if you:

  • You've spent 3+ years hands-on in CRM or lifecycle marketing, and you're comfortable owning a campaign from idea to inbox without someone walking you through it.

  • You read a dip in open rate as a question to answer, not a problem to explain away.

  • You're fluent in data without needing someone else to interpret it for you — segmentation, click-through, retention curves make sense to you on sight.

  • You want a program of your own to run, not a set of tickets to close — but you're also fine that some decisions above your seat aren't yours to make, and you'd rather influence them well than resent not owning them.

  • You take feedback as information, not as a verdict on your worth — and you give it the same way.
