Reporting to the Community Manager, the Life, Learning and Leisure (LLL) Facilitator supports the holistic well-being of residents in alignment with the 6 Dimensions of Wellness: physical, intellectual, emotional, occupational, spiritual, and social. This role requires a dynamic, resident-focused professional with a demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovative and engaging programs. The LLL Facilitator is responsible for both creating and leading programs, as well as coaching and supporting staff, residents, volunteers, and external partners to deliver meaningful experiences onsite and offsite. The ideal candidate brings a collaborative spirit, creativity, and a commitment to incorporating emerging best practices that enhance quality of life for seniors.
