Position Overview: As a licensed broker, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions and building long-term relationships. We are eager to welcome professionals who are passionate about the insurance industry and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.

Quote, bind, and renew insurance policies across various lines of business.

Educate clients on insurance options and coverage specifics.

Handle inbound and outbound client calls and inquiries professionally.

Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

LLQP License (must be active and in good standing).

Proven experience in the insurance industry.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Client-focused with a dedication to delivering excellent service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in insurance software/systems and basic computer skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
