Qualifications :

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an advisor
• Strong understanding of technology

Responsibilities :

• Establish personalized telephone contact with clients
• Create a trusting environment conducive to selling life insurance and living benefits; educate and advise clients on our products, adhering to underwriting policies
• Seize all sales opportunities, solicitations, and product offers
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

• In-office on Mondays, rest of the week work from home
• Base salary of $36,000 plus 50% commission on Life & Living Benefit sales (1-year clawback)
