Life Guard - Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba

To supervise swimming pools, including the Summer Pool, Children’s Pool, Winter Pool, Spa Infinity Pool, and Beach Lounge Infinity Pool. Responsibilities include monitoring water safety, ensuring compliance with operating and emergency procedures, and maintaining safety standards at all times.

What you will be doing:

• Cooperate and respect within the team and other departments.
• Ensure safe operations in Recreation areas, complying with health, safety, and fire policies.
• Maintain a friendly, neat, and professional appearance, including uniform and name badge.
• Supervise pools and beach activities, monitor safety, assist users experiencing difficulties, especially in water.
• Inform supervisors and security about weather changes and pool/area closures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area.

Your experience and skills include:

• Knowledge of local streets, attractions, culture, and events.
• Understanding of local customs and traditions.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of hotel shuttle buses.
• Perform duties efficiently according to company policies to achieve objectives.

• Work harmoniously with all hotel employees, applying OSM rules and providing personalized service within your job scope.
