Sunrise Senior Living in Canada is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, focusing on memory care and meaningful daily activities.

You will develop programs, lead groups, review resident profiles, and coordinate with staff to ensure engaging, dignified moments for seniors. This casual role offers flexibility and aligns with provincial employment standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsabilités

Pay Range: 20.65 - 25.90

Employment Type: Casual

This position is classified as a casual role. Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards.
