You have at least 5 years of experience in coaching, training, or facilitation. You’re comfortable leading and working one-on-one and are happy to work autonomously.

Responsibilities Include

• Implement strategic recruitment initiatives to identify top talent
• Conduct professional interviews using structured scripts and digital platforms
• Leverage social media and digital marketing to generate high-quality leads
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with a dynamic global team across various time zones
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development
• Provide 1-on-1 coaching to team members, usually delivered online via Zoom, inspiring them to reach their full potential
• Actively contribute to our growing global community
