The role requires a minimum of 2 years in transportation compliance, a business-focused college diploma, and strong MS Office/Excel skills.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of transportation industry experience in a similar role.
  • College diploma with a focus on business.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and intermediate Excel.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle may be required.

Position Summary

Supports the oversight of regulatory matters and strategy implementation to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Responsibilities will include obtaining and renewing necessary licenses and permits, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and monitoring changes in legislation that impact our operations.

Schedule: 40 Hours Monday to Friday
What you will do
  • Prepares filings and tracks applications for licensing, certification, and permits and interacts with governmental officials during the regulation and certification process.
  • Monitors compliance with existing regulations and upcoming or changing regulations.
  • Participates in processes to report, investigate, and addresses any issues of non-compliance.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2 years of transportation industry experience in a similar role
  • College diploma;with a focus on business
  • MS Office and intermediate level excel
  • valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required
