GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provide quality clinical treatment to clients as assigned by the Intake Coordinator and/or the Department Director. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to clients of varied ages and stages in recovery. Complete all documentation and paperwork in compliance with hospital requirements, DMH, BSAS, The Joint Commission, and Insurance Providers. Manage caseload through consultations, collateral contact, and follow-up on missed appointments. Maintain Productivity Benchmarks, current professional licensure, and CAQH credentialing.
Work Experience: 2 years of experience working with mental health and substance abuse disorders in a clinical setting.
Education: Graduation and training from an accredited graduate program with current unrestricted licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration: MA/MSW, PhD (L.I.C.S.W/L.M.H.C/L.M.F.T.).
