Job summary

Maxwell Management Group Ltd. is seeking an LPN or RN to lead community nursing services across clinics, homes, and hospitals, while developing Home Support Workers and coordinating care plans within Indigenous and rural community settings.

The role emphasizes culturally safe, trauma-informed, person-centred care with a balanced 35-hour work week and on-call rotation. Travel and mileage reimbursement are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Current practicing registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; community health/home care/rural nursing is a plus.
• Commitment to culturally safe, trauma-informed, person-centred care.
• Ability to coordinate community nursing services and supervise Home Support Workers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of nursing experience preferred; experience in community health, home care, Indigenous health, or rural/remote nursing is an asset.
• Strong commitment to culturally safe, trauma-informed, and person-centred care.
• Ability to coordinate community nursing services, oversee Home Support Workers, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary health professionals and community partners.
• Valid driver’s licence, First Aid/CPR certification, and a satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.

Compensation

• Competitive Compensation: Annual salary of $100,000 – $120,000.
• The position offers mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per kilometer.
