Your Role as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing residents’ well-being through attentive and personalized care. Responsibilities include :

  • Observing, monitoring, and documenting residents’ physical and psychological conditions
  • Providing personal care and assisting with daily needs
  • Adhering to infection control practices
  • Assessing and addressing health conditions, including identifying mental health changes
