Job summary

Classic LifeCare is seeking a compassionate Pediatric LPN for casual shifts in the Town of Vulcan, AB. Join our pediatric team to build meaningful relationships with children and their families in home care.

The ideal candidate will hold CLPNA registration, clear vulnerable sector checks, TB screening, and CPR certification, with a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for transportation. Documentation may be done via a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Valid CLPNA registration is required.
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance is required.
• Latest TB screening is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to complete basic documentation via smartphone.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for infants and children.
• Assisting with enteral tube feeding.
• Administering medications.
• Conducting catheterizations and catheter care.
• Monitoring and managing respiratory conditions; training provided for tracheostomy care.
