Location: In-Person, Comox Valley and Surrounding Communities

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Salary: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week

Your Role as an LPN

  • Performing Nursing skills including assessments, wound care, spinal cord management, specialized skills with additional training as set out in the BCCNM College guidelines
  • Conducting nursing assessments and clinical care planning
  • Monitoring client health and updating care plans as needed
  • Supervising and mentoring Care Pros on medically delegated tasks
  • Conducting quality assurance visits and care consultations
  • Educating families and clients on medication, chronic conditions, and safety
  • Ensuring compliance with WorkSafe BC and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Current and active LPN license in British Columbia
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or geriatric care preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with documentation and electronic health records
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Able to lift 25 lbs as required for client care tasks
  • Must have a Class 5 Driver’s Licence, own vehicle, and valid auto insurance

Schedule

Part-time: Flexible. Shifts available between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Evening 7-9 pm

Occasional attendance for training sessions, meetings, or client emergencies may be required.
