Do you have a passion for nursing? We have the position for you! We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse with a dedication to delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at Prince Rupert Health Unit.
Under the direction of the Home & Community Care Manager, the LPN uses independence and initiative to screen, plan, and coordinate care for clients in community settings. The LPN ensures quality of care by supporting and directing the practice of community health workers and residential care aides. In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, the full-scope LPN may perform intake, provide assessments, plan and provide personal care, deliver health teaching, perform nursing procedures, and develop plans of care.
Shift Rotation/Hours of Work: Days - 08:30 to 16:30, rotating
New Wage: As of April 1, 2024, the new wage is: $32.84 - $41.35/hour
