About The Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at ourEvergreen Communityin White Rock, you’ll be instrumental in delivering compassionate and person-centered care. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Registered Nurses to support complex care cases and ensure holistic resident well-being.
• Administering medications, conducting health assessments, and developing individualized care plans.
• Promoting resident wellness through engagement in physical and emotional health programs.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using electronic systems such as PointClickCare and eMAR.
• Leading with a servant heart, building positive relationships with residents, families, and your team.
• Ensuring safe and respectful environments that reflect our commitment to dignity and excellence.

Work Location: Our Evergreen Community is nestled in the beautiful seaside city of White Rock at 1550 Oxford Street.

Compensation & Benefits

Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 - $41.35.
