Job summary

Sage Medical Center in British Columbia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time / casual role. You will administer medications, supervise nurse assistants, assess patient responses, and provide vaccines and device teaching.

Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, with a BC license required and Korean language skills preferred. The position reports to the Nurse Supervisor, with shifts across mornings to evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.).

• Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings.
• Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care.
• Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care.

Position:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time / Casual

Reports to:

Nurse Supervisor

Salary Range:

$32.00-$36.00 per hour

Shifts:

Monday to Sunday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Your Day To Day

• Provide medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.);

What You Bring To The Table

• LPN License in British Columbia (required)
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a day-to-day schedule while ensuring excellent patient care
• Korean language skills (preferred)
• Self-motivated and reliable
