BeGlobal is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on behalf of our client in the long-term care sector. This is an excellent opportunity to provide compassionate, resident-centered care while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assess and implement individualized care plans while promoting resident wellness and dignity.
2. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with BCCNM guidelines.
3. Monitor residents' conditions, document changes, and notify families and physicians as needed.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.
5. Provide coaching and real-time guidance to care staff.
6. Participate in care planning, orientation, and staff training programs.
7. Ensure adherence to policies, emergency procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program and licensed with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
2. Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification.
3. Previous experience in long-term care is an asset.
4. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
5. Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
