Job summary

Fraser Health Authority is hiring an LPN to join a multidisciplinary team in delivering nursing care under the direction of the Manager, Clinical Operations.

The role involves assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, with emphasis on medications administration, documentation, and team collaboration within Fraser Health’s Standards of Practice and policies. This position offers comprehensive benefits and four weeks of vacation in the first year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).

• Assesses patient/resident/family's actual and potential strengths and limitations.
• Provides a supportive environment and promotes involvement in health care decisions.
• Contributes to development and ongoing changes to the plan of care.
