Fraser Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-scope, relief position located in Burnaby, BC. The role is based at Chénchenstway long-term care and runs until November 2026 or until the incumbent returns.
The LPN will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care. The position requires current LPN registration with BCCNM, strong communication, and the ability to provide safe, person-centered care in a long-term care setting.
The salary range for this position is CAD $32.84 - $44.96 / hour

Chénchenstway is a 216-bed long-term care community offering residents privacy and comfort with private rooms, individual washrooms, and accessible outdoor spaces. Formerly the New Vista long-term care home, the renovations were undertaken in partnership with Providence Health Care and Vancouver Coastal Health to help ensure that more seniors have access to high-quality and dignified care.
Chénchenstway is a Squamish word that means 'to lift each other up.' Fraser Health is grateful to the Squamish community for gifting this name to the home.

Under the direction of the Manager, Clinical Operations or designate and in collaboration as a member of a multidisciplinary team; performs assessments, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care. The LPN operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and according to agency operating policies and standards and unit specific protocols.
Education and Experience
Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
