Baillie House is a five-neighbourhood, 148 bed long term care home located in Maple Ridge. We believe in a person-centred approach to care in a home-like environment and know that resident families and loved ones are an instrumental part of the Baillie House community. Under the direction of the Manager, Clinical Operations or designate and in collaboration as a member of a multidisciplinary team; performs assessments, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care. The LPN operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and according to agency operating policies and standards and unit specific protocols.
Education and Experience
Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
