The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) collaborates as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing holistic care to patients and families. The LPN must be able to lead a team effectively and work within their full scope of practice, adhering to Covenant Health standards and values. This position is covered by the AUPE Auxiliary Nursing Collective Agreement.
