A leading healthcare provider in Kelowna, British Columbia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their care team. The role involves collaborating on resident care, adhering to ethical standards, and ensuring the highest quality of life for seniors. Applicants should have a Practical Nurse Diploma, a minimum of 3 years experience in senior health, and current CPR training. This is a part-time position with competitive hourly wages.

The Opportunity:
The LPN works as a professional member of the care team, collaborating on the delivery of resident care to meet individual needs and within his/her level of competency. He/She integrates and applies the knowledge, skills, judgment, and interpersonal attributes required to provide safe and ethical professional services to residents. The LPN is responsible and accountable to the public for his/her own practice, which is regulated and monitored.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrates leadership, coaching and mentorship skills
• Practical Nurse Diploma
• Registration and membership in good standing with BCCNM
• 3+ years of experience with seniors health
• Current CPR training
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs
• Regular demonstration of AgeCare’s values of Trust, Respect, Quality and Teamwork

Wage Levelling Salary: $31.89 - $40.15 per hour
