What you’ll be doing :

  • Providing nursing care according to established policies, physician’s orders, and the resident plan of care, within the scope of an LPN
  • Ensuring delivery of excellent nursing and personal care using sound nursing principles
  • Creating a welcoming and supportive environment through teamwork and effective communication
  • Overseeing resident care, including communication with residents and families, and guiding staff
  • Supervising Personal Support Workers / Unregulated team members
  • Conducting assessments during admission, readmission, and status changes

Who you are :

  • In good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta
  • Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset
  • Good judgment, risk identification skills, and ability to foster a positive work environment
