AgeCare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in SkyPointe, Calgary. Reporting to the Director of Care, this temporary part-time role offers meaningful work helping residents and their families.

You will conduct assessments, develop and document care plans, administer medications, and support move-ins, transfers and conferences. The ideal candidate holds a Practical Nurse Diploma, is in good standing, and brings 3+ years of seniors’ health, CPR,

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience with seniors’ health.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and mentorship skills.
• Current CPR training.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care per provincial standards.
• Complete resident clinical assessments, care/service plans and documentation.
• Implement and evaluate care/service plans and update as required.
• Assist with scheduling and participating in resident care conferences.
• Facilitate moves, transfers, and coordination with the Director of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments and document in accordance with policies.
