Job summary

Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Seniors Health LTC team at Wetaskiwin Hospital & Care Centre. You will provide safe, patient- and family-centred care as part of an interprofessional health care team.

As a Casual/Relief LPN, you will follow nursing processes, apply critical thinking, and adhere to legislation, standards of practice, and organizational policies. Opportunities for professional growth and supportive supervision are available.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the CLHA.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
