Reporting to the Care Manager, Camrose Home Care, you are part of an interdisciplinary team working within the client’s residential environment to provide assessments and direct care as well as support the emotional wellbeing and provide comfort to the client. Utilizing your experience in wound care, palliative care and client teaching you will take a collaborative approach to meeting health goals, contribute to the nursing diagnosis and participate in nursing interventions and outcomes. You will provide safe, quality client and family centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of AHS.
