Job Description
Position Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse / Clinical Care Coordinator and Director of Care, the Licensed Practical Nurse assists in the planning, assessing, implementation, and evaluation of holistic resident care within the standards of practice as outlined by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC and within the current legislative scope of practice.

Compensation
The target hiring range for this position is $32.84 to $37.10 with a maximum of $41.35. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
