Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support when needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Provide health education to clients and their families on chronic conditions, medications, and healthy living.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care activities, assessments, and health changes.
• Supervise and guide caregivers to ensure adherence to care protocols.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

• Valid LPN license in British Columbia.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or home care setting (experience with seniors preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
