Remote Retention Allowance

Job summary

Alberta Health Services invites applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Pleasant View Lodge Residential Care. You will be part of an interprofessional team delivering safe, patient- and family-centered care under applicable standards.

This temporary part-time role offers a remote retention allowance up to $3,000 annually, paid hourly on top of base pay, with shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends. Minimum salary $33.16/hour, maximum $43.42/hour.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
