Job summary

Sandy Bay Health Centre, within the Saskatchewan Health Authority, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Case Management team on a full-time temporary basis. Duties include promoting health, educating patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimum care.

The position operates on day shifts with 14 eight-hour shifts over 3 weeks, and is posted until filled. Eligible for recruitment incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in SK.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS) and valid driver's license, where required.
