Job summary

Alberta Health Services is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Hanna Health Centre in Hanna, Alberta. This temporary full-time role supports a continuing care unit, working across days, evenings, and weekends with a 7.75-hour shift.

You will join an interprofessional team, providing safe, patient- and family-centred care while following legislation and standards. Eligibility includes LPN registration and BCLS-HCP, with relocation/recommendations as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.

Additional Required Qualifications:

• Current BLS.
• Able to work in Canada for the duration.
• Willing to relocate or secure residence in Hanna.
