Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Courtenay, BC for a Licensed Practical Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and supporting the interdisciplinary team. Daily tasks include assessing patient needs, documenting care, and participating in care planning to ensure an individualized approach to recovery.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Practical Nurse certification and current registration with the relevant regulatory body
  • Experience providing direct patient care and administering medications
  • Skills in patient assessment, care documentation, and care planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of mental health and addiction recovery is highly advantageous
  • CPR and First Aid certification
