Job description

The Byng Group is a leading interior renovation general contractor with over 50 years of experience and a team of more than 500 employees, specializing in high-rise rental properties.

We are seeking Licensed Plumbers to perform rough-in and finished plumbing work, including repairs and maintenance, in high-rise residential apartment buildings throughout Windsor and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

1. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in apartment buildings.
2. Complete required documentation such as electronic timesheets, invoices, and plumbing check-ups for services performed.
3. Follow detailed established procedures and methods to perform job duties.

Job Requirements

1. Must be licensed with 3-5 years of experience in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties (e.g., branch lines, rough-ins, valve replacements, bathtub replacements, drain modifications).
2. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
3. Mechanical aptitude, able to operate all necessary tools and equipment.
4. Must have own tools.
5. Valid Driver's License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
