Job Responsibilities

• Ensure daily completion of production processes within assigned work areas, meeting safety, quality, efficiency, and financial standards.
• Perform general maintenance, including installation and repair of process equipment and structures, welding, pipe fitting, pump work, machinery, heating, and plumbing.
• Apply trade fundamentals to general repair tasks, understanding work flow and making problem-solving decisions.

Position Details

Principal Accountabilities

• Operate motorized vehicles for material movement within facilities.
• Comply with EHS and FSQR policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in extreme conditions.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing.
• Availability for overtime, holidays, night shifts, and different shifts.
• Possession of a Millwright License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Physical capability for bending, climbing, working in confined spaces, and elevated areas.
• Machinery operation, forklift certification, basic computer skills.
• Experience in production, maintenance trades, MRO/MRP, safety, and automation systems.
• Trade certifications such as welding, blueprint reading, and experience with industrial systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
