Salary and Schedule

• Salary: $44.00 - $53.00 per hour
• 5% increase in pay rate for all hours per pay period with 30 or more client hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Candidates should have WA State clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting - but not required
• Experience with using the DSM-V or ICD-11
• Experiencing working with a diverse client base
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 25 client hours per week
• Evaluate clients\' mental and emotional conditions through interviews, observations, and assessments
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care
• Stay current with developments in the field of mental health through continuing education and professional development
• Attend and participate in paid weekly consult and monthly staff meetings
