Position Overview

As a licensed mechanic, you will be responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on company vehicles, trailers, and small equipment. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure all equipment is in top condition and compliant with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on trucks, trailers, and equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently
  • Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Order necessary parts and coordinate repairs with suppliers as needed
  • Assist in ensuring fleet readiness to minimize downtime on job sites
  • Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Valid 310T or 310S Mechanic License (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience working as a licensed mechanic
  • Experience with diesel and gas engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical repairs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy tool and equipment
