Licensed Life Insurance Agent – Remote | High Commission | Team Growth Opportunity

Remote – Open to Licensed Agents Across Canada & the U.S.

This is more than just a sales role. We’ve created two clear paths to help you build a successful business:

• Get pre-screened, warm prospects delivered in real time through our internal lead concierge system
• Use our CRM (Spicy Systems) to follow up, track deals, and automate your pipeline
• Sell top-tier products including Term Life, Whole Life, Critical Illness, Infinite Banking, Retirement Plans, and more
• Focus only on consulting, educating, and closing — we handle the lead generation
• Invite those interested in the business to join your team
• Help new agents get licensed, onboarded, and trained (we provide support and mentorship)
• Earn override commissions as your recruits begin selling
• Grow toward running your own base shop with leadership-level compensation
• Access long-term income potential through team production and residuals

What We’re Looking For

• Active Life Insurance License (LLQP in Canada or U.S. equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year experience in life insurance, financial products, or related sales
• Strong communication, empathy, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to follow systems and close with confidence
• Must be able to work remotely with your own computer and internet
• Commission Only: 100% performance-based
• CRM Access: Optional add-on (includes automation, calendars, and full lead access)
• Leads: Provided after extensive onboarding and in-house training
