Specialty Life Insurance is seeking Licensed Life Insurance Advisors (LLQP) for a remote, Canada-wide role, partnering with Empire Life and Humania Assurance. You’ll work with warm, pre-qualified leads and help families protect what matters.

Base salary starts at 40,000 CAD with a clear path to 50,000 CAD in three months and increases up to 60,000 CAD, plus bonuses, residuals and incentives. Licensing support across Canada and comprehensive benefits after 90 days are provided.

Formación

• LLQP & AMF licensed with valid provincial licensing in good standing - Quebec License is a Requirement
• Bilingual - Comfortable selling in English and French
• 2+ years of life insurance sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable owning your performance in a remote environment
• Genuinely passionate about helping clients - not just closing deals

What We're Looking For

Physical Demands

This is a remote, primarily sedentary position. The physical demands of the role include:

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, and other standard office equipment throughout entire 8-hour shift.
• Ability to communicate verbally by phone and/or video conferencing for extended periods.
• Ability to read and review information displayed on a computer screen for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with typing and computer use.
• Ability to maintain a suitable home work environment that supports safe and effective remote work.
• Ability to maintain a professional, quiet, and distraction-free home office environment conducive to focused work and confidential client conversations.
• Ability to protect sensitive, confidential, and personal information by maintaining a secure and private workspace and following all company privacy and information security requirements.
• Ability to ensure reliable internet connectivity and a workspace that supports consistent productivity and professional communication.
