Insight Pest Solutions in Lethbridge, AB is hiring a Licensed Junior Technician for a full-time, permanent role. Location: Lethbridge, AB. Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities.

You will be the problem solver homeowners call when unwanted guests appear, maintaining an active outdoor role and strong customer focus. You'll inspect homes, diagnose pest issues, apply treatments, and complete service reports.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Structural Exterminator License.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs and work in crawl spaces, damp or dusty spots.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations.
• Diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments.
• Complete service reports for work performed and products used.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions.
• Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest issues.
