Chatters Hair Salon in Mississauga is seeking a Licensed Hairstylist to deliver cutting, colouring, styling and treatments tailored to each client. You will create moments that empower clients through personalized consultations and artistry, while staying current on trends and product knowledge.

What You Bring

• Valid Hairstylist License in Ontario.
• Proven technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing services
• A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences from consultation to final look
• Confidence recommending professional products to support care routines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced salon environment
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and professional standards
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Established clientele (considered an asset)
• Demonstrated success in client retention, rebooking, and creating repeat experiences
• Proven ability to meet or exceed service and retail performance goals
